The Third Eye Chakra is an energy center.  That controls perception, spiritual communication, and awareness.  Its primary function is to connect us with our inner guru – guidance.  That has guided us throughout many lifetimes.

This chakra allows us to gain a bird’s eye view of the world.  It provides us with extraordinary intuition.  And insight into what’s happening.  It also aids in making decisions more clearly.  And being less impulsive.

Meditation is one of the best ways to balance this chakra.  Focus on your breath.  And take in all around you by looking through clear eyes.
